Are my personal details kept private?

Any personal information provided to or gathered at www.thinkdiabetes.co.uk, www.thinkasthma.co.uk, www.thinkbloodpressure.co.uk, www.tplusmedical.com, www.thinkprescriptions.co.uk is controlled by t+ Medical Ltd, Magdalen Centre, 1 Robert Robinson Avenue, Oxford Science Park, Oxford, OX4 4GA. We never make your details available to any third parties without your prior written consent.

Why does t+ Medical need so much information from me when I order?

When you order, we need to know your name, email address, mobile phone number, network and tariff,address, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your order.

As an additional security precaution we also ask for your card security number. This is the last 3 digits on the signature strip on the back of your card. We ask for your telephone number, so we can contact you if there is a query with your order.

You will also have the option of adding in various personal details to you such as healthcare professional information to enable you to allow your healthcare professional to access your diaries remotely, this data is entirely discretionary and the product can be used without providing this information if you wish.

From time to time we do ask if you want to be kept you up to date with news from t+ Medical. We do not send you anything unless you have given us permission to do so.

If you have signed up to receive marketing communications from us, and want to change your mind, you can at any time.

If you receive emails from us, simply click the 'unsubscribe' link at the end of any email you receive from us. If you receive postal mailings simply email your name, address and postcode to enquiries@tplusmedical.com and we will remove you from our mailing list.

If I pay by credit card, does t+ Medical keep hold of the details?

No. We never store credit card and other payment details.

I'm still unhappy about paying online. How do I order?

Of course, it's no problem.

If you prefer not to send your card details over the Internet, you can still place your order by phoning 0800 389 3205 between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday.

Will t+ Medical disclose my information to anyone else?

T+ Medical may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.

We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. These functions include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and emails, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analysing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments and providing customer services.
