The t+ Management Team
Tim Clover (CEO)
Tim has 17 years of medical and healthcare commercial experience spanning pharmaceuticals, medical devices and consumer healthcare products, including;
- 6 years with Allergan Inc including being a founder of the spin-off company Advanced Medical Optics listed on NYSE in June 2002 in the position Vice President, Europe, Middle East and Africa.
- 4 years with Gillette Group as a Sales and Marketing Director for the Oral-B and Braun product ranges.
Tim graduated from York University with a joint honours degree in Mathematics and Physics. He also holds an MBA.
Gary Abrahams (V.P. and General Manager, t+ Americas)
Gary Abrahams has over 25 years of healthcare software and medical device experience and has served in senior management leadership roles in marketing, sales, business development, product and general management. His management experiences include Fortune 500 companies, such as Hewlett-Packard and DuPont, as well as numerous medical technology startups. Most recently Gary was the Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development at MercuryMD Inc., a wireless healthcare software company. Through Gary's sales and business development efforts, MercuryMD was acquired by the Thomson Corporation which resulted in a strong financial return to MercuryMD investors and shareholders. Gary's marketing contributions include the transition of numerous new technologies into products and services that positively impacted patient care and company financial results. Gary earned his BS in Radiological Sciences with studies in Business Administration at SUNY College of Health Related Professions, Downstate Medical Center, New York.
Greg has over 16 years experience of managing high volume software products for international markets. He was software manager for Mars Electronics, is a PRINCE2 certified project manager and has several patents for innovative product features. Greg joined t+ Medical in 2004 and has recently managed the successful development and launch of four innovative new products.
John Buchan (Sales and Marketing Director)John has over 15 years experience in healthcare sales & marketing roles. He started his career in the City of London before moving on to Blue Chip businesses - working on OTC sales for L?Oreal and Unilever. His professional healthcare experience started with prescription medicine sales for Ciba Geigy, later to become Novartis Consumer Health, where he was Regional Manager. He joined Pharmacia & Upjohn in 1997 as National Sales Manager - Consumer Healthcare and over saw the successful launch of several new OTC products before focusing again on prescription sales as Healthcare Business Manager for Pharmacia CHC. John then worked as a management consultant within the healthcare sector specialising in sales & marketing effectiveness and strategy. He accepted the role of Sales Director at t+ Medical in 2006.
David Bryon (Financial Director)David is a CIMA qualified accountant and he brings to t+ Medical over 10 years of financial and general management experience from the Software, Chemical, FMCG and Electrical Engineering industries from such companies as BEA Systems Inc and Kraft Foods. David joined t+ Medical in 2006, and was promoted in 2007 from Financial and Operations Controller to Financial Director UK & USA, and he now sits on the board of t+ Medical Americas Inc.
Anna Griffiths (Marketing Manager)
Anna qualified as a Physiotherapist from Nottingham University, before moving into healthcare sales for Chiesi Pharmaceuticals in 2002. She joined LEO Pharma in 2004 working as a Key Account Executive in their Dermatology Division. Whilst there she gained her CIM professional Diploma in Marketing. Anna joined t+ Medical in September 2007.
